Looks like this is because of #1780; latest cartopy release is not compatible with latest geoviews release. #1783 updated the test suite to be sensitive to this issue.

Currently, uxarray's install-upstream.sh file does not use latest versions of geoviews. It should probably be updated to do so, to double-check. If it turns out the upstream-ci still fails when using the latest versions of geoviews, it would be important to try to get that merged to geoviews main branch before its next release.
