Moves the template to SDK 0.7.0 (published on crates.io with Trunk Recorder Pro 0.2.10) and brings its docs up to date: the
tone_patterntopic, the manifest'spage/contribute/live_settings, theaction/settingsmessages andaction.result,ReplyandPlugin::settings, the names in events andtransmission_id, and the newer settings-form hints (linked to the recorder's guide rather than copied).
