Adds the notifier plugin to the store as an official plugin. It lives at TrunkRecorder/trunk-plugin-notify now.
It watches what the recorder hears (signals and tones, emergencies, new talkgroups and radios) and sends a notification to Discord, Slack, ntfy, a plain JSON webhook or a command. It can send right away, when the call ends, or both, and it can attach the recording.
Two commits:
tone_patterntopic. Trunk Recorder Pro 0.2.10 added it, and the checker didn't know it yet, so any plugin that subscribes to it would fail--describe.add-release, plus a row in the README table. Some things a reviewer might want to know:
x-secret, and it starts fine with its default settings (no rules, no destinations)../checkpassed everything here except provenance: myghis too old forgh attestation. The release does have its attestations, and CI will verify them.
