Current head dbe32d47b549 is CI-green and MERGEABLE. Subscription-backed agent review is on this head (P2 6a6d5b864a71 disposed as an accepted tradeoff: scoped --paths sync skips corpus-wide backlink regeneration by design).

I did not merge: self-merge-check.py refuses an agent review with no 2-of-3 consensus record. LLM consensus 402s on OpenRouter prepaid credits (limit_source=openrouter_credits, prompt ~7622 tokens vs ~1k remaining), not a daily-key reset. Greptile is dark on this repo (Greptile review not found (credit-exhausted or dark)). Same blocker family as #114, #118, #120, and #122.

Waiting for credit recovery, a Greptile current-head review, or human merge. Recheck scheduled for 2026-09-22T00:15:00Z. No quality-gate bypass used.
