improving scratchattach.site.activity and adding a corresponding TypedDict

I have added a few rudimentary changes but need to know more about scratch activities first.

Where can shareproject activities be found in the api?

There are a number of formats that activities come in. There's the html embedded on each user's profile, there's user messages, there's studio activity, there's the html embedded on each class's profile and there's the user activity on the class admin page (only visible with a teacher account)

That's why there's a from_json and a from_html method.

Shareproject activities could, I am guessing, come from user accounts or classroom profiles/admin pages

Also it would appear that some of the time formats that scratch uses may require dateparser
