- Move file-based plugin approach to 'Approach 1' section with full examples
- Rename code-based agents to 'Approach 2' with equal prominence
- Remove '(Primary Interface)' and '(Optional)' labels that favored one approach
- Add 'Combining Both Approaches' section showing how to use both together
- Update introduction and features to present both options equally
- Maintain original premise: exposing Claude plugins as REST APIs
