Hello maintainers,
I've been looking at the README.md for gettorbrowser and I have some ideas for minor improvements to its clarity and formatting that I believe could help new users get started more easily.
I haven't submitted a Pull Request yet. I wanted to first check: Are you currently accepting external contributions for updates to the README.md file?
If so, I'd be happy to open a PR with my proposed changes.
