Hello maintainers,
I've noticed the gettorbrowser repository currently does not have a SECURITY.md file, which is vital for guiding users and researchers on how to report vulnerabilities privately and responsibly.
I'd be interested in contributing by creating a robust SECURITY.md file that outlines a clear reporting process, based on best practices.
Are you open to accepting a Pull Request to add this file to the repository at this time?
