Hello maintainers,
I see the gettorbrowser repository is missing a dedicated SECURITY.md file. This document is vital for establishing a clear, responsible disclosure process for security vulnerabilities.
I would like to create and submit a Pull Request that adds a comprehensive SECURITY.md outlining how researchers and users can report issues privately.
Are you open to accepting contributions to add a SECURITY.md file to the project right now?
