Summary
Show remaining allowance consistently across Codex and Spark bars and the weekly chart. Restore daily local-token bars on a separate axis, stop forecasts at zero, and simplify dashboard spacing, quota names, dates, and the text alternative. Usage information is available through the More menu.
Add a Debug-only navigation fixture and action-contract tests to investigate footer commands disappearing after Back. The host navigation bug remains unresolved; the fixture and documented manual procedure support reproduction without claiming a UI fix.
Add a backed-up current-account local-test workflow with Microsoft Store recovery. Check Smart App Control before unsigned development registration so an incompatible test installation does not replace the working Store app. Cover the workflow with mocked Pester tests and run those in CI.
Validation
Reused successful local checks for unchanged inputs:
Known limitations: live PowerToys Back-navigation behavior still needs verification with the fixture. Unsigned development activation is blocked by Smart App Control on the current machine; the signed Store version was restored. Existing analyzer and WinRT trimming warnings remain. This PR does not change the release version or install a package.
