Release 0.8.0 with the weekly forecast improvements and reviewed fixes merged in #26. Update the application version and its details-page regression test, and move completed changes into the dated changelog section.
Validation: all 374 native ARM64 tests pass. GitHub validates the x64 test suite, both application architectures and the Store package before merge. Live Command Palette verification remains pending for the Store-signed update.
