Usage monitoring now supports quiet threshold notifications, compact labels, independently pinnable quota/credit entries, and an account activity page on compatible Codex versions. Explicit executable and home paths fail closed when invalid; source changes discard late results from the previous context.
Alerts are opt-in, establish a quiet baseline, ignore stale/unattributed data, and deduplicate transitions. Account activity refreshes independently from limits, verifies the account before and after the request, and handles unsupported CLI versions.
Validation: x64 and ARM64 application compilation passed without warnings. The expanded synthetic test suite compiled but Windows Application Control blocked local assembly loading (0x800711C7), including an elevated retry. GitHub Actions passed on head d067295: all 235 x64 tests, x64/ARM64 application builds, and Store-package validation. Evidence: https://github.com/TheBeems/CodexUsageDock/actions/runs/34383095096 Live Command Palette pinning/toasts and real-account compatibility have not been exercised; no package was installed.
Depends on #18. This PR targets its feature branch so the diff contains sprint 2 only; merge after #18 and retarget to main.
