chore: remove accidental file breaking Windows checkout

Description

In PR #7637, an accidental git diff output file named ts" was committed to the root directory. Since " is an illegal character in Windows (NTFS) file paths, git clone / git checkout currently fails for all Windows users with error: invalid path 'ts"'.

This PR removes the unintended file so Windows users can clone and check out the repository properly.
