Adds Waindow to the System Tools list in alphabetical order.
Waindow 1.4.1 ships as a Universal macOS binary with native
arm64andx86_64slices. The entry links to the product site and the public compiled release as compatibility evidence.Scope: one README line only; no Waindow product source or binary is added to this repository.
