🎯 Changes
Upgrade workspace dependencies and pnpm to mature releases allowed by the 24-hour release-age policy. Preserve the existing TypeScript, Ember Babel, and Svelte DnD pins; document additional compatibility holds for Vitest, Octane, Pacer devtools, and Preact Form.
Keep the examples compatible with React and Router updates by making the client-only Chakra theme initialization script inert and narrowing caught errors. Verify theme switching and persistence with E2E coverage, and isolate Angular proxy tests from TestBed teardown.
