Summary

• Welcome sidebar: New Connection, Open File and Import sit at the bottom. Icon, name, version, update link, What's New, Activate License and Support TablePro stay at the top.
• All three are standard bordered large buttons. New Connection is no longer the blue prominent one.
• The green Starter/Team badge for an active license is gone. The orange badge for a license not verified in 30 days stays.
• The sync status at the bottom is gone. Settings > Sync shows the same status and actions.
• SyncStatusIndicator and the SyncStatusPresentation members only it used (showsIndicator, indicatorLabel, helpText) are deleted. SyncStatusPresentationTests drops its checks on them.

• verify.sh build: PASS.
• verify.sh test WelcomeImportMenuButtonTests SyncStatusPresentationTests: 9 of 9 passed.
• verify.sh lint on the changed files: 0 violations. No new strings.
• Screenshots: Debug builds in a sandbox with 5 seeded connections, before from a main build.
• UI plan not run locally, another TablePro was open. WelcomeWindowUITests covers the version line and update link on CI.
