This adds TwoKrazy's new icons for phys_constraint and phys_slideconstraint. This also adds TwoKrazy's improvements for prop_indicator_panel and prop_testchamber_sign.
I also moved the model for prop_testchamber_sign out of the game repo and into this repo, as it was the only one in there. This depends on https://github.com/StrataSource/p2ce-game/pull/94
