Summary
Align the Claude manifest's visible author name with the existing SOFA Codex plugin and its submission record:
Stack Overflow.Increase the public plugin version from
0.1.0to0.1.1, as required for a new candidate release. Keep the existing support email and generated skill/guidance bytes unchanged. Update the public package check and add a regression case for the old author name.This is a draft pending the trusted release workflow from StackEng/sofa#828 and the later Claude qualification and submission steps. It is not a directory release.
