- Action composite trivy-scan : installe Trivy elle-meme (boite noire reutilisable, ne depend plus de l'installation par le job appelant). - deploy-frontend : nomme chaque step et expose l'URL de la page publiee (environment github-pages + steps.deployment.outputs.page_url). - deploy-backend : dechiffrement SOPS/age 100% en RAM. Suppression du mktemp qui ecrivait la cle privee age en clair sur le disque du runner, ce qui violait la consigne "aucun fichier de secret sur le runner".

Sync : back-merge main -> staging (reunifier les correctifs)
