Storage: opening a .ico #449
Description
I get an error when i try to open my favicon.ico in the pod. I am logged in.
I do see the icon but there is a console error like:
The error I am concerned about is the last one.

The root cause is server-side CORS configuration. The response from timea.solidcommunity.net does not include Access-Control-Allow-Origin for the Pivot origin, so the authenticated image request is blocked by the browser.
Updated imagePane.ts so failed image requests are handled instead of becoming uncaught promise errors. The image now receives an accessible fallback alt message and the failure is logged as a warning.
The pod/server still needs to allow the application origin for GET, and possibly OPTIONS/preflight requests. The client cannot bypass an invalid CORS response.
