The reserved content lane (pushback ruling resp-20260816-064430). Covers both preset layers: stored templates (form_from_template, the shipped session-contract, slot problems through the standard FormValidationError, template_id joins) and generated intakes (FieldSlot/FormTemplate/PROVIDERS, provider-materialized options, always-buildable degradation, the ruled refusals: no candidate guessing, exact-match prefill, tighten-only, None-plus-demand-marker over auto-derived forms) plus the two host seams. Every code block run against attune-forms==0.6.0 from PyPI in a fresh venv; the provider example's printed options verified against a FRESH CLONE so the reader reproduces the exact line.
