Instead of having a copy of the LICENSE as a comment in each python file, we can use a NOTICES file containing all of them, and simply have a link to NOTICES in the comment of the python file. This also adds a link to NOTICES in LICENSE and in project.license in pyproject.toml. I think this is a more standard way of handling third party licenses.
