[BLOCKED] Probe BrowserStack Apple Pay support

This PR is currently blocked by access to the browserstack apple pay private testing feature

I've contacted support to see if we can get access

Testing

1. enableApplePay is recognized by the Maestro API.
2. Apple Pay is not currently enabled for our BrowserStack group.
