Add React Native Maestro Customer Accounts Checkout Flows

What changes are you making?

Adds customer-account checkout to the local React Native Maestro suite alongside the existing guest and hardcoded buyer-identity flows.

The new flow signs into the benchmark customer account, preserves the authenticated session while creating a fresh cart, and completes checkout on iOS and Android. It also adds reusable cart-launch flows, stable customer-account selectors, focused runner flags, and a 10-second maximum for Maestro waits.

How to test

Run all three checkout scenarios on each platform:

dev rn e2e ios --guest --hardcoded-buyer-identity --customer-account
dev rn e2e android --guest --hardcoded-buyer-identity --customer-account

All six scenarios completed locally. Maestro syntax checks and the React Native E2E selector contract tests also pass.
