[Android] Adds title to the configure {} method for runtime changes

What changes are you making?

ShopifyCheckoutKit.configure {it.title = "new title"} now has a title property that can be used to dynamically set the title for the sheet at runtime.

This provides parity with iOS, which already has this ability.

How to test

Title for the sheet should now be the dynamic value not the fixed gradle string
