v0.0.9 public release prep

Packaging and documentation to prepare DevTime for a future public release — without launching. Docs-only; no product code, concept-detection, or risk-logic changes.

What changed

  • GITHUB_RELEASE_PREP.md — recommended GitHub description and topics, website/demo TODO fields, and the Final Public Release Gate checklist (with the recommended release sequence).
  • RELEASE_NOTES_v0.1.0_DRAFT.md — honest draft release notes (no hype; closed six-concept ontology, advisory/narrow risk, local-first trust model, Apache-2.0, 88 tests, private validation summary, known limitations). v0.1.0 is not tagged.
  • LAUNCH_POSTS.md — X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and HN/Reddit drafts + a private soft-launch message for 5–10 reviewers. Avoids hype/overclaim language.
  • README.md — small polish: added a ## Demo section with a placeholder (no local path, no public URL yet).

Confirmations

  • No product features, no concept-detection or risk-logic changes.
  • Package version remains 0.0.7 (not bumped). v0.1.0 not created.
  • Repo remains private; visibility unchanged.
  • Clean checks pass: 88 tests, no .devtime//*.sqlite/.env/caches committed, no AI-authorship traces. The only 0.1.0 references are the intended drafts + correct "reserved for public release" forward-references; pyproject/src stay 0.0.7.

Do not merge or tag automatically — waiting for approval.
