added samples to:
create_workspace_incident_task.jsonwhich includes the two goals:
create_child_incidentandcreate_incident_with_watchlist. both goals now have 5 samples eachalso updated all short descriptions to sound more realistic and reverted the parent incident numbers in
create_child_incidentto match demo incidents in thewebagents002instance (these were changed while testing in a PDI)
