TypeScript 7 breaks Next.js builds

High Severity

Bumping typescript to ^7.0.2 lands the native compiler, which no longer ships the JavaScript compiler API that Next.js uses by default. With next@16.2.12 and no experimental.useTypeScriptCli in next.config.ts, next build exits instead of typechecking, so production and E2E builds fail.
