feat: add benchmark telemetry export to CSV/JSON

What

This PR adds the ability to export algorithm benchmark race telemetry as CSV and JSON.

Implementation Details

1. Created frontend/src/utils/exportTelemetry.ts to construct the data objects properly and trigger browser downloads utilizing Blob URLs.
2. Used basic text sanitization (sanitizeCsvField) to prevent Excel/CSV macro injection vulnerabilities.
3. Modified AlgorithmComparisonCenter.tsx to accept the latest raceResponse and added "Export CSV" and "Export JSON" action buttons.
4. Passed race telemetry responses (activeResponse, response, etc.) from SortingPage.tsx, SearchingPage.tsx, and PathfindingPage.tsx.

Verification

• Clean build via pnpm run build
• Passes 19/19 tests via pnpm run test
• Visual testing verifies buttons render and downloads trigger as expected without console errors.
