Improve final clause speed article

Updated the useful-queries query_log page
Updated the section on resource allocation for merging processes in ClickHouse, including clarifications on settings and their implications. Adjusted formatting and removed redundant information for better readability.
The case for Numeric values was missing. It can use different logic. Added some more secionts to make it more readable Changed logic for the example to use ClickHouse internal functions, so it can work on cloud installations as well
