Archived. This repository was part of the original JailJawn project (2016). It was transferred from the JailJawn organization to @ST215 and archived in September 2026 so its history stays reachable. The live project, with the data since 2013 and the daily census since 2025, is ST215/JailJawn and st215.github.io/JailJawn. Everyone who contributed here is credited in CONTRIBUTORS.md.
