Agentic Harness is the open-source operating method I use around coding agents to ship and maintain production software. It keeps context durable, decisions explicit, delegation disciplined, and every change grounded in builds, tests, evaluations, browser checks, and review evidence.

• SFX Lead Intelligence Command Center - A local-AI workspace for grounded project search and lead intelligence. Its Context Hub indexes 66,000+ grounded chunks across 21 projects and serves search, Q&A, a knowledge graph, and MCP access. A custom evaluation harness improved measured chat quality from 61% to 99%.
• Local Transcriber - Private, offline Whisper transcription for audio and video of any length. Ships with FastAPI, Docker CPU and GPU images, Helm, and KEDA autoscaling.

• n8n Self-Host on Kubernetes - Docker Compose and Kubernetes queue-mode deployment with Redis, Postgres, autoscaling workers, CI validation, and a local-AI workflow behind deterministic safety guardrails.
• Lead Engine on Kubernetes - A scheduled scrape, enrich, score, write, and notify pipeline packaged for Docker and Kubernetes, including a safe zero-spend dry-run path.

• Built and operate AI automation systems for a medical practice, including bank synchronization, receipt processing, daily briefings, monthly reporting, and an assistant agent.
• Delivered an AI email assistant, booking-integrated agent, batch processor, and multi-channel content engine for a coach with a 3.5M+ audience.
• Run lead-generation and client-discovery pipelines across 41 verticals using Apify, Firecrawl, Claude, webhooks, Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
• Designed and deployed the 22-page NATiVE Solar digital sales prototype, including an instant estimate and lead-qualification flow.
• Modernized a Florida law firm's website from an abandoned WordPress installation into a fast, maintainable Next.js experience.
