- Feature: Move app-controls MCP orchestration, thread launching, and state handling into the main process.
- Split app-controls MCP capabilities into dedicated tools for projects, threads, agents, files, Git/GitHub, schedules, settings, skills, usage, and MCP servers.
- Simplify supervisor cross-agent MCP to agent coordination while preserving IPC, renderer updates, headless hosting, and integration coverage.
- Scope GitHub CLI reads to the active project and add regression coverage across MCP and thread flows.
- add modular MCP tools for app, projects, threads, files, git, GitHub, and settings - launch and track agent threads from main while removing supervisor orchestration bridge
