Update Rust toolchain

There have been many recent changes to const traits that I would like to take advantage of in shaders, which requires newer Rust toolchain

I would like to second this as wgpu no longer works with the provided toolchain

error: rustc 1.89.0-nightly is not supported by the following packages:
  wgpu@28.0.0 requires rustc 1.92

Yea I'm aware wgpu raised the msrv with v28, so you're either stuck with v27 or need to use https://github.com/Rust-GPU/cargo-gpu
