[feature request] Omarchy 4.5 官方中国镜像支持（OPR） #411

背景

Omarchy 4.5(quattro)正在积极筹备中，目前已经具备足够的稳定性和可用性。

Omarchy 4.5 版本起，上游与阿里云合作提供官方中国镜像已经正式提供服务：

• OPR：https://pkgs.omarchy.cn/<stable|rc|edge>/$arch
• Arch 主仓库：https://{stable-mirror,rc-mirror,mirror}.omarchy.cn/$repo/os/$arch

当前 chsrc 的 omarchy dish（#388 已合并）存在这些缺口：

• 只有一个源 https://pkgs.omarchy.org/stable/$arch，chsrc set omarchy 无参数不可用；
• 检测到 edge 会强制降级为 stable；
• 幂等逻辑只匹配 .org 开头的行，4.5 的 region prepend 会留下 .cn 行，导致 set/reset 静默失效；
• note 让用户 chsrc set arch，但 arch dish 会删除 Omarchy 的通道快照 mirrorlist，stable/rc 会通道错位。
