Resume Screening System

This project is a machine learning–based resume screening system designed to automate the initial stage of the recruitment process. It analyzes resume text using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and predicts the most relevant job category based on the candidate’s skills and experience. By transforming resumes into numerical features and applying a trained classification model, the system helps streamline candidate shortlisting and reduces manual effort for recruiters.
