- Follows structure of InsufficientPermissions.kt

Need to look at UI against existing UI to be sure that everything looks good visually on both iOS and Android. Requested a couple of changes relevant for styling and some clarifying questions
- Moved all inline styles to stylesheet - Fixed permission handling to render satisfied permissions as complete - Updated icon/button colors to use Colors.ts colors - Ran linter to reduce tab size
