Relating to #440

In the "shell.nix" I pinned those packages to a specific commit hash since the NixOS stable channel has raylib v5.5 instead of the required v6.

I'm not very familiar with NixOS, but is there really no way to split dev dependencies from user dependencies? cpp-lint and clang-format aren't required for making as far as I'm aware.

The indentation looks wonky on mobile here. Is it mixing spaces and tabs?

Yes, it was mixing spaces and tabs. I fixed that now it's only using spaces.

To answer your other question: shell.nix is a development shell for contributors, so it isn’t installed as a package. It contains the build dependencies (cmake, raylib) and the language server, linter and formatting tools (clangd, cpplint, clang-format). Everything is pinned to a specific nixpkgs commit, because the stable NixOS channel only ships raylib 5.5 and the project needs raylib 6. The pin also gives every contributor the same environment.
