- Record the worker interruption and successful owned cleanup without upgrading retained results - Validate the immutable core pass and installed identities before reusing it - Run only the remaining retained row with fresh history under owner continuation approval
- Include the fourth packet in exact operator-output replay checks - Refresh the reviewed regression identity before native dispatch
- Record six fresh retained scenarios and thirteen renderer checks passing on unchanged f05 - Preserve camera and core provenance and the original stopped-attempt history - Verify installed identities, frozen inputs and successful owned cleanup - Mark both Android units complete and hand off the remaining iOS units

Complete Android MapLibre API36 acceptance within the declared retained-contract scope and valid reused evidence. Add a fixed MapLibre-only launcher, exact selected-package Marker rejection recovery, immutable passed-result reuse, and complete operator/writer/orientation commands. Retain strict renderer predicates and first-failure cleanup.
