Summary

Rebuild the ReuST interface as a React and Tailwind application with a refreshed layout and navigation
Port the image classification workflow, manual scoring inputs, and LCA calculator into modular React components
Move static assets and TensorFlow models into the Vite public directory and add Vite/Tailwind configuration files

Testing

⚠️ npm install (fails: 403 Forbidden when downloading @tensorflow/tfjs from the registry in this environment)
