Proposed Changes
This PR improves the display of focus rings on workspace comments. Previously, the colors and width were inconsistent and hardcoded rather than using the appropriate CSS variables. Additionally, top bar buttons used the default focus outline style rather than Blockly's focus indicator ring style. Now, top bar buttons, the comment itself, and the editor all use the standard appearance.
