The Events guide only discusses listening to the event stream. This page does not mention really anything else about events. It should also include info about:
-Event groups
-why/how to disable/enable events (and what other options there are other than disabling entirely)
-why/how to use setRecordUndo

Might be good to mention that events are registerable and can be swapped out, and that they should be retrieved from the registry vs hardcoding an event type if you're manually firing one too.
