fix(sushi): support select interaction in modal dialogs

Summary

• Fixed pointer selection in native modal dialogs by using CDK’s inline popover placement for Select overlays.
• Restore focus to the Select after selection.
• Added a playground example and regression tests for mouse, touch, keyboard, and Escape behavior.
