Add multilanguage support #4

Description

Problem

Not every user is completely comfortable with an English website. As such it would be quite useful if the website would be localized to different languages than just the English language.

Changes

  • The website should be reacting to the users locale preferences
  • The locales should be changeable using one file

It would probably be sensible if the application just uses some simple PHP files that contain all the keys with their translated values.
And then the correct one is then chosen when the user is accessing their page.

However there are still multiple ways the language can be chosen:

    1. The language can be configured to ALWAYS be the selected one (which could be useful when ensuring that the website is always how you want)
    2. The language can be chosen depending on the request headers of the user
    3. The language can be chosen depending on the request path (for example /{lang}/{rest}).

The simplest ones to implement would be 1. and 2. at the same time where the default behavior would be 2. and when set the fixed lang would be set up like in 1.

The great thing is that this project does not have a lot of stuff that is really dynamic. As such a simpler i18n system can be used.
