The study's headline numbers are cited on the profile and site, so CI should prove they reproduce from the checked-in data. New tests rerun analyze.py and eval_v07.py on a temp copy and require byte-identical output, and check the numbers quoted in REPORT.md and README.md against the data files.

Writing them surfaced three things:

  • data/analysis.json was stale. labels.json has the held-out-40 and fresh-40 label sets, but the committed analysis predates them. Regenerated; the new values match what REPORT.md already states (held-out v0.6 37.5%, fresh corpus 40.0%).
  • wilson() published a lower bound of -0.0 for 0/20 (float error). Bounds are now clamped to [0, 100].
  • eval_v07.py (the 64.3% held-out figure) imports patches/mcpaudit-0.7/, which is gitignored, so it couldn't run from a clone. pyhroff-mcpaudit==0.7.0 on PyPI is that patch released and reproduces data/eval_v07.json exactly, so CI installs it and REPORT.md now says so.

No headline numbers changed.
