update_package_list: pydevices 0.7.7 adds hmilink - #13

The 0.7.7 publication deployed its index and then failed the package-list refresh, because the expected set is derived from this table and it did not know the new top-level package.

pydevices 0.7.7 publishes a new top-level package, hmilink. The package-list refresh derives the expected index from a table in scripts/update_package_list.py, which did not know it, so the 0.7.7 publication deployed its index and then failed the refresh (run 39737468871, and the re-deploy 40025050275) with "hmilink: in the index at micropython/pydevices/hmilink but not derived from the lockfile". This adds the 0.7.7 entry. After the merge, a dispatch of deploy-mip-index-to-pages.yml refreshes the package page, which still says v0.7.6.
