Removes or corrects claims in the database, the org profile and two docs. profile/README.md is generated from data/repos_db.json, so the database is edited and the profile regenerated with scripts/generate_sites.py. The regenerated pages are in the companion PRs in PyDevices.github.io and pydevices.

• lvgl-micropython: "across ESP32, RP2040, and i.MX RT targets" becomes "on ESP32 targets". The board runs are on ESP32 (S3, P4); displayif's ROADMAP lists the i.MX RT hardware runs as to do, and no workflow builds mimxrt.
• lvgl-circuitpython: "Adafruit Feather and SAMD51 / RP2040 boards" becomes "the Adafruit Feather RP2040 and ESP32 boards". Its README says LVGL adds about 1 MB, more than most boards' default firmware region holds.
• "runs unmodified" becomes "runs unchanged ... once the board or host has its board_config".
• audiocomponents: both distributions are on TestPyPI; production PyPI returns 404 for them.
• mpftp: the MCP server was removed in v0.1.0 (mpftp CHANGELOG), so the description no longer lists MCP, and neither does docs/github-presence.md.
• Tier 2 hint: pure Python on any Python 3 host, with pygraphics adding native wheels (Linux x86_64, Windows, Android, Pyodide).
• platform-support-tiers.md, bench-proven: names the ESP32-S3 and ESP32-P4 boards and a Feather RP2040 under CircuitPython, instead of "the MCU fleet (ESP32 family, RP2)".
• platform-support-tiers.md, macOS: only audiodsp and audiocomponents run macOS jobs, audiodsp publishes macOS wheels, pydevices has no macOS job, and pygraphics and LVGL publish no macOS wheel.

The generator-idempotency check compares against main of PyDevices.github.io and pydevices, so it passes once those two PRs are merged.

"MicroPython v1.30.0-preview-160" on the micropython-pydevices entry already says preview; unchanged. Unit tests pass locally (82).
