Extends docs/history.md from 2026-09-06 through 2026-10-22: two new paragraphs in the concise history, two new rows (audioif, lib), and updated milestones for the existing rows, including the archived and relocated repositories.
Dates come from GitHub: repository creation dates from the repository list (all existing creation dates re-checked and unchanged), release dates from each repository's published releases, and merge dates from merged pull requests and commit records. GitHub has no archive-date field, so archive dates are the day of each repository's final notice commit, which matches its last update; the new footnote says so. The mpvst and audiodsp rename dates come from the repositories' own commit records.
