* Constrain `.booth-img` to 60% of the booth, anchored near the top so wide sponsor PNGs no longer bleed past the booth border or overlap the printed booth number underneath. * Add a logo thumbnail to the booth-tap popup and a 2px PyCon-pink border so the card reads clearly when it sits over white sponsor booth tiles (HRT, AWS, GitHub, etc.). * Wire static fallback logos for booths that don't come through the sponsor API: PSF (407) → official Python logo, Attendee Lounge (606) → PyCon US 2026 secondary logo. Easy to extend for other community booths. * Bump pinch-zoom max scale to 25× via a polled override on the underlying IvyPinch instance — `@ciag/ngx-pinch-zoom` hardcodes defaultMaxScale=3 and silently ignores numeric `limitZoom` unless the first descendant is an `<img>` tagged with the magic `"original image size"` string.
