這一次是**用過期的 skill 版本**做的：本機 plugin 快取的內容停在 #613 修正輪之前，但它的版本號與 marketplace 上的同為 0.13.2——#613 的 skill 修改之後殼版本沒有再升，`claude plugin update` 回報「已是最新」，快取不會換（akashic-mcp 0.13.3 起修正）；本機 repo 也落後 origin 229 個 commit。agent 照舊版「頁內取檔」的寫法走，違反了上面三步之後「交給人」的規定。記下來是為了兩件事：留下量到的站點行為，以及讓這個失敗形狀被看見——**舊版 skill 沒有第 0 步的契約版本檢查，所以察覺不到自己過期**。

- **入口**：在機構網路下開 `…/c/rw5enf/search`，頁首直接顯示機構名，沒有出現登入頁（這一天、這個網路下的觀察；其他網路照上面的前提由使用者登入）。
- **搜尋**：`…/search/results?q=DO%20<DOI>`（`DO` 是 EBSCO 的 DOI 欄位）回 1 筆，即本篇；結果頁網址自己補上 `db=psyh`。在搜尋框 `fill`／`type` 之後按 Enter 或點檢索鈕都沒有送出（頁面掛著 Cookie 同意橫幅，未代按）。
